Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Officer – Fertilizer to lead marketing efforts for our fertilizer product lines. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our fertilizer portfolio-encompassing chemical, organic, and specialty fertilizers-to farmers, dealers, and agribusiness partners.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of crop nutrition, soil management practices, and the dynamics of fertilizer distribution in rural markets. A strong grasp of both traditional field marketing and modern agri-marketing tools is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in agri-input marketing,
- Experience working
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing reporting tools. skills in English and local languages; fieldwork-oriented mindset.
- with farmers, agri-dealers, cooperatives, and extension teams.
