• Supervise day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals
• Oversee credit evaluation, approval, and collection processes
• Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal teams on payment terms and collections
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards
• Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• At least 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or credit and collection
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, accounting systems, and financial planning tools
