Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing long-term business strategies.
- Monitor BSC results and track progress on company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support decision-making.
- Work with different departments to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and performance.
- Identify risks in strategic plans and propose solutions.
- Facilitate planning sessions and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with BSC, SWOT analysis, and other planning tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
