Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and implementing long-term business strategies.
  • Monitor BSC results and track progress on company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support decision-making.
  • Work with different departments to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and performance.
  • Identify risks in strategic plans and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with BSC, SWOT analysis, and other planning tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
