Job Description
He/ She will be working under the SALES DEPARTMENT
Check order details of customers and making sure that all information are complete;
Collate bidding prices and assist ASMs in the preparation of proposals for customers.
Assist ASM in completing all bidding requirements (includes sending of documents and other items via LBC, other couriers or Airline Cargo such as Cebu Pacific or PAL);
Monitor the inventory of the promotional items (Portable Test Equipment, etc.);
Responsible for the preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for the Sales Department and clients, etc.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing research and activities;
Responsible for marketing efforts (Brochure. Advertising, Newsletter);
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably Business Management or Business Administration
With at least 3 years relevant experience in Administrative role/ Documents Assistant role
Must be flexible and can handle pressure
Can start ASAP and can work onsite in SANTOLAN PASIG
